Just like in East Boston, condo prices in South Boston currently lead house prices in the neighborhood by a wide margin on average, according to a new analysis of market-rate listings from real estate research site NeighborhoodX.
The average condo price is now $631 a square foot (that includes townhouse-style condos). The average house price in Southie is now $422 a square foot. The average for all market-rate listings is $527 a square foot.
