Both parts will be built on a two-level, subterranean garage. And! The development will have public spaces, including a one-acre public park at the pier’s top and a continuation of the Harbor Walk around the project’s perimeter. Famously, these spaces will include so-called sea steps right down to the water’s edge.Check out these renderings to get a fresh sense of what Pier 4 will look like in the end. Hey, is that a yacht?
